Heating issues in the room can be quite uncomfortable, especially after showers!!! The open roof allows cold air to seep in, which might be a concern during winter months.

The decor is fascinating, blending traditional Moroccan styles with modern comforts. The morning rooftop breakfasts, with diverse local pastries and fruits, were a good start to each day. The attentive care from the staff.

The elegance of Riad Botanica was amazing. The beautifully crafted decor created an authentic Moroccan ambience, and Mohamed's hospitality. We savored an really good breakfast and enjoyed the serene pool area every afternoon.

Finding the riad was a bit tricky as it isn't directly accessible by car. We had to walk a couple of minutes from where our taxi dropped us off, but it was manageable.

We had an very nice 4-night stay as a family. The place was fine, especially Mohamed, were really good too. Every corner of the hotel is immaculate, and the recommendations for activities. Highly recommend this gem!

Breakfast on the rooftop was a good experience.

The cute atmosphere was nice, with fresh Moroccan tea served right upon arrival. The delicious freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast was an absolute highlight for starting the day. Finding the entrance was slightly challenging as it required walking a few minutes from the taxi drop-off point. There were also heating issues in the room after showers. Lastly, better coordination with staff during peak hours would enhance the experience.

Staying here for a few days while exploring Marrakech was a dream come true. The level of service was great, and the owner went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, even providing a warm welcome with Moroccan tea upon arrival. The cozy courtyard with a pool was a fantastic place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing, and our room was beautifully decorated, capturing the spirit of the vibrant city. I particularly loved the fresh orange tree in the courtyard that added to the charm!

The wifi passwords were somewhat confusing since there were multiple networks, and it would be great if the passwords were provided in each room.

Free wifi worked great! Minor issue with air conditioning being a bit loud.

Mohamed were great too make sure we felt at home, giving us thoughtful recommendations and even walking us through the local area to ease our minds. On top of that, the location was convenient for exploring the sights of the medina. Just a minor note-updating the towels would elevate the experience even further.
